This role brings together my experience in event technology, live formats and digital media.
01 / Experience
Events & live formats
From the first idea to the stage and the live broadcast: I have organised street festivals, developed stage shows and live programmes, and written their presenter scripts. My work has combined creative concepts with technical planning and organisational responsibility, from budgeting and running orders to coordinating teams, contributors and partners.
I have also worked as a live director and live editor, directing programmes as they went out and switching between camera feeds in real time. My experience also includes event technology, lighting design, and the installation and dismantling of events and exhibitions.
As head of the Medienkompetenzzentrum Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, I was responsible for media and event projects. The Schulterblick children's and youth film festival, which I founded and directed, brings together many of these experiences: festival organisation, stage design, show development and the production of an accompanying live broadcast.

02 / Experience
Digitalisation & project management
As a technical manager in the video-on-demand industry, I worked on digital production processes, analysed existing systems and developed workflows. My role involved technical requirements as well as collaboration between teams and coordination with clients. It also included technical specifications, support, workshops and sharing knowledge.
As an Agile Coach, I focused on innovation, digitalisation and developing ways of working. I helped teams review their processes and improve collaboration. Further training as a Chief Digital Officer, Digital Business Innovator, Leadership Coach, Scrum Master and Product Owner complements this practical experience with methods for change, leadership and agile project work.
Leading the media competence centre added another perspective: digital media as a space for learning, participation and creative expression. For me, this connects technical possibilities with educational questions and the development of media projects.

03 / Experience
Film production & location management
My film work includes my own projects and contributions to short films, documentaries, commercials, corporate films, music videos and television productions. I have worked as a producer, director, camera operator, production manager, location manager, gaffer and editor. Studying Film and Television Directing added dramaturgy, staging and cinematic storytelling to this practical experience.
Working across different departments has given me several perspectives on the creative, technical and organisational processes of a production. It helps me understand requirements on set, anticipate dependencies and coordinate collaboration between departments.
As a location manager, I organise the practical conditions for filming: permits, road closures, no-parking zones and location infrastructure, from electricity and drinking water to wastewater and waste disposal. I coordinate with the production team, authorities and property owners while keeping the different departments' practical needs in mind.

04 / Experience
People & personal development
People, communication and the question of what connects us have been a constant in my personal and professional life. Travel and encounters with different cultures and ways of living have broadened my perspective on relationships, intimacy and individual life choices. Openness, curiosity and respect shape my approach.
I explored this interest further by qualifying as a Heilpraktiker for psychotherapy under German law and completing a two-year training programme in relationship-dynamics couples and sex therapy at the Institut für Beziehungsdynamik in Berlin . I am particularly interested in understanding relationship and behavioural patterns, developing awareness of feelings and needs, and the balance between connection and independence. Conversation, personal exploration and body-oriented approaches offer different ways of engaging with these questions.
Training in leadership coaching, NLP and Kaula Tantra Yoga adds to these perspectives. I am especially interested in the connection between thought, feeling and bodily awareness. These experiences also inform how I approach collaboration: listening carefully, recognising different needs and allowing room for growth.
