Many perspectives.
A path of my own.

Christian Slezak is a filmmaker, location manager and project manager with a diverse background in film, media, technology and digital transformation.

He discovered his passion for film and photography early on. After completing his university entrance qualification and an apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic, he spent a year volunteering in New Zealand, supporting people with disabilities in their daily lives. He then travelled through Australia, Asia and other parts of the world for several years. To date, he has visited more than 45 countries, deepening his interest in languages, cultures and different ways of life.

Back in Germany, he studied Film and Television Directing in Berlin, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts. Since then, he has worked in numerous roles in front of and behind the camera, including producer, director, camera operator, production manager, location manager, gaffer and editor. This has given him a broad understanding of the creative, technical and organisational processes involved in media production.

He later expanded his focus to digital transformation and agile project management. As a technical manager in the video-on-demand industry, he improved processes and collaboration and developed sustainable workflows. He also qualified as a certified Scrum Master and Product Owner.

Today, Christian brings these experiences together in event technology and digital development. His work encompasses the digitalisation of organisational processes, technical planning for events and venue infrastructure, and the development and delivery of projects involving film, social media, gaming and technology.

Alongside this work, he pursued his interest in psychology, communication and relationships. He completed training as a Heilpraktiker for psychotherapy under German law, as a relationship-dynamics couples and sex therapist, as a certified Kaula Tantra Yoga teacher, and in NLP.

What connects these different paths is his enjoyment of creative work, technical solutions and working with people. He brings different perspectives together, combining creative ideas with organisational skills and technical understanding.
